The chocolate color that you see above, is a flowing, melted milk chocolate. Many people see this for the first time, and do not understand the concept. Chocolate, either milk, dark, white, or any of the many designer flavors or colors, is melted and transfered to the top of the fountain by an auger. The chocolate foundue then cascades down over the tiers and then repeats the process. The items that can be dipped into the fondue are limited only by your taste and imagination. This photo shows several fruits, along with graham cracker sticks, sugar wafers and pretzel sticks. The white bowl is a fruit dip that is added for your guest that might not care for chocolate.
